Eminem is stepping into the world of Hitman: World of Assassination, starring in the next Elusive Target mission where players must eliminate his infamous alter ego, Slim Shady.
IO Interactive revealed the collaboration during the latest Xbox Partner Preview, confirming both a free mission and a paid cosmetic pack tied to the rapper’s dual persona.
The mission, launching December 1, casts Eminem as a fellow operative working alongside Agent 47. Much like Bruce Lee’s recent cameo, Eminem will brief players on their objective: to “untangle the twisted mind of Slim Shady.”

According to IOI, the level is set in a reimagined medical facility in Hokkaido, now transformed into the chaotic Popsomp Hills Asylum. Inside this surreal environment, doctors, patients, and performers blur together, creating a dreamlike stage for Slim Shady’s erratic live shows. You’ll find him in a broadcasting studio, weaponizing music against his audience. The mission even includes tongue‑in‑cheek references to Eminem’s career, such as a poisoned spaghetti sandwich served in his restaurant.
The free mission will be available across all platforms, Xbox Series X/S, PC (Steam, Epic, Xbox), PlayStation 4/5, and Nintendo Switch, starting December 1.
Alongside it, players can purchase the Eminem vs Slim Shady Pack for $4.99/€4.99/£3.99, available until December 31. The pack includes a new suit, themed items, and home base cosmetics tied to the mission.
Eminem himself commented on the collaboration, saying, “I’ve been trying to put Slim to rest, but he keeps coming back. So this time, I’m calling in a professional to get the job done once and for all.”
This isn’t the first time Hitman has welcomed celebrity faces. Agent 47 has already crossed paths with Bruce Lee, Jean‑Claude Van Damme, and even Bond villain Le Chiffre, played by Mads Mikkelsen.
