GeForce NOW is kicking off August with a strong lineup of cloud-streamable games, expanding its library to over 2,300 titles.
Leading the charge is Grounded 2, now available to stream in early access via GeForce NOW. First revealed during the Xbox Games Showcase in June, the game shrinks players down to insect size and drops them into a chaotic, oversized backyard full of both threats and wonders. From battling hostile bugs to building bases and raising adorable “Buggie” companions, the sequel builds upon the original with a more dynamic world and deeper crafting. The game can be streamed instantly across low-powered laptops, mobile devices, and Macs, all powered by RTX-enabled servers in the cloud — no installs or long wait times required.
Also arriving this week is Genshin Impact Version 5.8, titled “Sunspray Summer Resort.” The new update introduces a vibrant new area called Easybreeze Holiday Resort, alongside fresh characters, mini-games, outfits, and story content. Players can jump right into the action with zero download hassle, continuing their adventure as the world of Genshin keeps expanding.
Alongside these headliners, eight more games are now available to stream on GeForce NOW this week:
Achilles: Survivor (Steam)
Frosthaven (Steam)
Dead Take (Steam)
Farming Simulator 25 (Xbox, PC Game Pass)
High on Life (Xbox, PC Game Pass)
The King Is Watching (Steam)
Ultimate Chicken Horse (Xbox, PC Game Pass)
Looking ahead, August brings even more titles to the cloud. Some notable additions coming later this month include:
Mafia: The Old Country (Steam, Aug. 8)
Echoes of the End (Steam, Aug. 12)
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War – Definitive Edition (Steam, Aug. 14)
Supraworld (Steam, Aug. 15)
VOID/BREAKER (Steam, Aug. 20)
Aztecs: The Last Sun (Steam, Aug. 28)
Funko Fusion
Among Us 3D
Field of Glory II: Medieval
The Rogue Prince of Persia (Ubisoft)
No Sleep for Kaname Date - From AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES (Steam)
Meanwhile, July closed out strong with an extra 15 games added beyond NVIDIA’s original announcement. These include surprise entries like Abiotic Factor, He Is Coming, SteamWorld Dig, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, and RoboCop: Rogue City.
Even Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and III are transitioning into standalone titles, soon to be available via the GeForce NOW cloud.
