Indonesian content creator Tobias 'Jess No Limit' Justin has landed a spot on the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list for 2025.
The 29-year-old former Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pro made the cut in the Media, Marketing, and Advertising category, thanks to his impressive journey from esports athlete to digital entrepreneur.
Jess No Limit has become one of the most influential gaming and esports figures in Asia, proving that mobile gaming can be a serious launchpad for digital careers. He got his start with EVOS Legends, Indonesia’s first investor-backed esports org, and competed in the very first season of the country’s Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL). Even though he never clinched a major tournament win, he reached No. 1 globally in Season 6, earning the nickname "The King without a Crown."
After stepping away from esports in 2019, Jess shifted gears to focus on content creation—and it seriously paid off. His Mobile Legends-centered YouTube channel has exploded over the years, now pulling in 54 million+ subscribers and over 6.7 billion views, making it one of Southeast Asia’s biggest gaming channels.
That massive reach even got him a nod from Museum Rekor Indonesia as the most subscribed YouTuber in Southeast Asia.
In response to his Forbes recognition, Jess said he was incredibly thankful. He credited Mobile Legends: Bang Bang as the foundation of his journey, saying it taught him valuable life skills like perseverance, teamwork, strategy, and innovation. He also gave a heartfelt shout-out to the MLBB community and MOONTON Games for being key parts of his success.
But Jess hasn’t stopped at YouTube. He’s also ventured into business, launching a top-up platform called TopUpNoLimit last July under his company PT Main Tanpa Batas, where he serves as CEO. The platform helps gamers buy virtual currency and in-game items to enhance their play.
These days, his content goes beyond gaming—featuring lifestyle clips, food videos, and frequent gadget giveaways. His estimated net worth sits around $2.3 million, with monthly YouTube earnings of about $30,000. He’s also huge on social media, boasting over 8 million followers on Instagram and pulling in millions of views on TikTok.
