MLB The Show Mobile for iOS and Android Revealed: Release Date and Features

Sony San Diego has confirmed that its long-running MLB The Show franchise is coming to mobile devices with a brand-new free-to-play title, MLB The Show Mobile.
The studio describes the project as a “standalone experience,” meaning it won’t simply be a port of the console version. Instead, it introduces unique features tailored for mobile play, including team-building mechanics, quick new modes, and the ability to relive classic MLB moments.
Currently, MLB The Show Mobile is available in a limited regional release in the Philippines as part of a soft launch. The developers plan to expand availability to other regions gradually, though no specific timeline has been announced yet.
The game is optimized for the latest devices like the iPhone 16, Samsung Galaxy S25, and Sony Xperia V, but tablets aren’t supported.

For now, MLB The Show Mobile is only downloadable via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store in the Philippines. Purchases made during the soft launch, such as Stubs, will carry over to the full release. However, unopened packs and player items will reset, converting into new currency for the Loyalty Shop.
