Nintendo Reveals Switch 2 + Pokémon Legends: Z-A Bundle Launching This October

Nintendo has announced a Nintendo Switch 2 + Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition bundle, set to launch on October 16, 2025, for $499.99 in the US.

The bundle includes the Nintendo Switch 2 console and a digital download of Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, offering $20 savings compared to purchasing the console ($450) and game ($70) separately.

Pre-orders began on July 23 at retailers like Best Buy, Target, GameStop, Walmart, and the My Nintendo Store, with stock still available at some outlets.

The Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition features enhanced graphics, improved frame rates, and real-time battle mechanics, set in a reimagined Lumiose City.

It includes Rogue Mega Evolutions and is also available on the original Nintendo Switch, with an upgrade pack ($10) for Switch 2 enhancements.

The bundle does not feature a special edition console design, unlike some past Pokémon-themed systems.
