PlayStation Plus Unveils July 2025 Free Games and 15th Anniversary Celebration Benefits

PlayStation Plus has revealed the lineup of free monthly games for July 2025, with three diverse titles headlining the Essential tier. These games will be available from July 1 to August 4, giving subscribers ample time to add them to their library.

While the service’s 15th anniversary on June 29 is bringing extra perks like trials, tournaments, and discounts, the spotlight right now is clearly on the new batch of Essential tier games.

1. Diablo IV (PS4, PS5)

Leading the pack is Diablo IV, the critically acclaimed action RPG from Blizzard Entertainment. Known for its gritty atmosphere, deep skill customization, and fast-paced combat, the game offers an addictive experience for both solo players and co-op fans. Players can venture into a demon-infested world either alone, in local split-screen co-op, or with up to three others online. Players ascend a mysterious, massive tower using a variety of climbing tools, all while managing stamina and choosing their own route up the cliffs.
