PUBG Mobile Launches Attack on Titan Collaboration with Exciting New Features

PUBG Mobile x Attack on Titan Collab

PUBG Mobile has teamed up with the popular anime Attack on Titan (also known as Shingeki no Kyojin) in a special gaming event.

The collaboration is part of the game's 3.8 Update and brings the world of giant-fighting action to mobile devices.

Players can now enjoy features from the famous anime where humans battle enormous creatures called Titans.

The event runs from May 8 to July 6, 2025, giving fans almost two months to experience this unique crossover.

Transform Into Titans

One of the most exciting features lets players transform into towering Titans themselves. By finding and using "Titan Serum", players can temporarily become giants and unleash powerful attacks on opponents.

According to KRAFTON, there's even a rare "Advanced Giant Titan Serum" that transforms players into iconic Titans from the anime. This special item appears just once per match.

Fly Through the Air with ODM Gear

The collaboration also introduces the Three-Dimensional Maneuver Gear (ODM Gear), the signature equipment from Attack on Titan. This special tool lets players zip through the air with high-speed movements, mimicking how characters in the anime fight against Titans.

Visit Utgard Castle

A new area called Utgard Castle has been added to the game, recreating a famous location from the anime. Players will see towers collapse in real-time due to Titan attacks, just like in key scenes from Attack on Titan.

Steampunk Frontier Mode

The collaboration comes with a themed "Steampunk Frontier Mode" featuring giant steam trains and other elements that enhance the Attack on Titan atmosphere.

This special mode adds a unique twist to the traditional battle royale format, with steam gliders and grappling hooks adding to the mobility options.

Special Events and Items

A special event featuring colossal giants will take place in the northeast region of the Erangel map, giving players the chance to experience impressive scenes from the anime firsthand on the battlefield.

Starting May 30, limited-edition items themed around Attack on Titan will be gradually released, including costumes, helmets, backpacks, weapons, and companions.

For Indian Players

It's important to note that PUBG Mobile is currently banned in India. Indian players instead use Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), which is the legal variant in the country.

While similar events often appear in BGMI, there has been no confirmation yet whether this specific Attack on Titan collaboration will be available in the Indian version of the game.

If they did, it would likely show up weeks afterward, since most BGMI updates come after PUBG Mobile updates.

The Attack on Titan collaboration in PUBG Mobile runs until July 6, 2025, giving players almost two months to enjoy this unique gaming experience that blends anime action with battle royale gameplay.
