PUBG MOBILE x Dying Light: The Beast Crossover: Dates, Enemies, Rewards, and Cosmetics

PUBG MOBILE has officially launched a crossover with Techland’s latest survival horror title Dying Light: The Beast, bringing a wave of undead chaos to the battlegrounds.


The collaboration runs from October 16 to November 4, giving players a limited-time chance to dive into new modes, rewards, and crossover content.

Zombie Enemies in PUBG MOBILE

Players will face three types of zombies across Livik and Erangel:

  • Biters – slow but dangerous in groups.

  • Virals – faster, attacking in quick bursts when close.

  • Chargers – toughest enemies with high health and two attack styles (tackle + charge).

Location: All three zombie types appear in Castor Woods.


Rewards & Items

  • Clear zombies to unlock a safe zone upstairs in Castor Woods.

  • Exclusive loot includes:

    • Baseball Bat

    • Genome Synthetic Booster syringe → activates Beast Mode (enhanced mobility, damage reduction, and the Aerial Smash attack).

  • In Metro Royale, the syringe becomes a sellable item if extracted successfully.


WOW Mode (World of Wonder)

  • Runs October 20 – December 20.

  • Features:

    • Five zombie types (including Charger, Viral, and three Biter variants).

    • A special crossover map themed around Dying Light: The Beast.

  • Builds on World of Wonder 1.0, which expanded creation tools for players.


Crossover Cosmetics & Event Rewards

  • In-game event (Oct 16 – Nov 4) offers themed rewards:

    • Dying Light: The Beast Avatar

    • Avatar Frame

    • Kyle Crane outfit set

  • In Dying Light: The Beast, players get:

    • A special side quest + open-world activities.

    • Rewards include: crossover Kyle Crane outfit, vehicle skin, baseball bat, frying pan, and PUBG x Dying Light charm.

  • Tymon Smektała (Franchise Director, Techland): called the crossover “an absolute delight,” teasing a new side quest themed around air drops.

  • Vincent Wang (Head of PUBG MOBILE Publishing, Tencent Games): said the event brings “new experiences and foes” to the battlegrounds, perfect for Halloween season.
