Revenant Esports has officially announced the onboarding of popular digital creator Nischay Malhan, better known as Triggered Insaan, to its creator-focused vertical, Revenant XSpark.
This follows recent signings of creators like Kash Plays and Xyaa, signaling Revenant’s intent to strengthen its roster with diverse voices.
Nischay Malhan is one of India’s most recognizable digital personalities, widely known for his reaction videos, observational humor, and commentary-driven content. Over the years, he has built a massive following across platforms, connecting strongly with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
Based in New Delhi, Nischay graduated as an engineer from IIIT Delhi before shifting gears to pursue content creation full-time. That decision proved pivotal, as his YouTube channel steadily grew into one of the country’s biggest, now boasting over 42.7 million subscribers. On Instagram, he commands an equally impressive fanbase of more than 13 million followers.
Speaking about the collaboration, Nischay expressed excitement over the partnership, noting that gaming and digital culture have always been closely linked. “Revenant XSpark is doing some really exciting work at that intersection,” he said. “I’m looking forward to building new kinds of content, engaging with the gaming community in fresh ways, and being part of something that’s shaping the future of esports and creators in India.”
According to Rohit Jagasia, Founder and CEO of Revenant Esports, “We are ecstatic to welcome Nischay Malhan, aka Triggered Insaan, to the Revenant XSpark family. He is a cultural voice with unmatched reach and relatability. His presence aligns perfectly with our vision of building a creator-led, community-driven gaming ecosystem in India.”
Last week, Shagufta Iqbal, a well-known female gaming creator popularly known as Xyaa, joined the organization. Originally hailing from Bhubaneswar and currently residing in Nagpur, she is the second female creator to join Revenant XSpark shortly after Kaashvi Hiranandani.
Discussing her decision, Xyaa said, “I am excited to join Revenant XSpark and build new formats, collaborate with top creators, and take the community to the next level. I have always believed in pushing boundaries and creating a more inclusive gaming culture in India and my collaboration with Revenant is a natural next step in my journey.”
Before fully venturing into esports, Xyaa worked as an IT developer at Capgemini. She transitioned to content creation and streaming, becoming one of India’s pioneering female streamers known for narrative-focused gameplay on games like Counter-Strike and BGMI.
Her career has seen her progress from local LAN cafés to representing India on major international platforms. A notable highlight of her journey was achieving a top-4 finish at the World Esports Championship 2023 in Riyadh.
Regarding Shagufta’s addition to the team, Jagasia commented, “We are extremely happy to have Shagufta Iqbal, aka Xyaa, as a part of Revenant XSpark’s glorious line-up. Admired for her versatility, authenticity, and consistent presence across various social media platforms, Xyaa has been a role model for aspiring gamers across the country. She is the evolving face of Indian esports and her presence in the team is in line with our commitment to bring diversity in India’s creator-driven gaming ecosystem.”
