Mortal Shell 2
Cold Symmetry came out swinging as the very first announcement, dropping Mortal Shell 2. The sequel to their unique souls-like is keeping that grim atmosphere and brutal combat we loved, but here's the twist – you've got guns now. Think Remnant series vibes mixed with that signature Mortal Shell heaviness.Â
It's hitting PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC in 2026, with beta sign-ups already live.

Sonic Goes Cross-Platform Crazy
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds brought the energy with crossplay support and the most insane roster reveal. We're talking Hatsune Miku, Ichiban Kasuga, Joker from Persona, and yes – Minecraft Steve (via Season Pass).Â
The game's racing onto PC, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One/Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on September 25, 2025. Standard edition is $69.99, Digital Deluxe is $89.99 with all the extras.
Anime Souls-Like Returns: Code Vein 2
Bandai Namco surprised everyone with Code Vein 2, the sequel to their 2019 anime souls-like RPG. It's coming in 2026 to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam. The reveal trailer kept things mysterious, but fans of the original are probably already wishlisting.
Horror from the Little Nightmares Team: End of Abyss
End of Abyss brought the horror vibes courtesy of Section 9 Interactive – that's the Malmö-based crew who worked on Little Nightmares. Published by Epic Games, this top-down isometric nightmare has you playing as a combat technician exploring a facility crawling with fleshy monsters.Â

Mouse P.I. for Hire
Mouse: P.I. for Hire got a trailer showcase with Troy Baker voicing the private investigator protagonist. Classic noir vibes with that Baker charm.
Game of Thrones RTS
Game of Thrones: War for Westeros brought Jon Snow vs. the Night King action in real-time strategy form, with a Jamie Lannister cameo thrown in.Â
This RTS lets you control the Great Houses or even the Night King himself in solo or multiplayer battles for the Seven Kingdoms. Another 2026 release.
Atomic Heart Universe Expands
Atomic Heart 2 got confirmed as in development using Unreal Engine 5 – no release date yet, but the hype is real.
Then The Cube got announced as an MMORPG shooter set in the same Atomic Heart universe. Mundfish is expanding its Soviet-themed sci-fi world across multiple projects.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword got its second major trailer after that State of Play glimpse, confirming 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Felt That Boxing
Felt That Boxing showcased physics-driven puppet boxing combat with slapstick humor and emotional elements. The game combines tactile gameplay mechanics with unexpected narrative depth.
Killer Inn

Capcom promised "cinematic high-stakes action" while maintaining survival horror roots, continuing the first-person perspective from RE7 and Village.
