The action will unfold from July 24 to 27 at EWC Arena 1 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the world’s top Call of Duty squads battling for glory, bragging rights, and a serious chunk of cash.


This year’s BO6 showdown follows the massive success of Modern Warfare 3 at EWC 2024, where Atlanta FaZe dominated the field. And yes — they’re back to defend their crown.

Tournament Format

The BO6 tournament structure keeps things exciting with two distinct stages:

Group Stage

  • 4 groups, 4 teams each — GSL-style

  • Best-of-five matches

  • Top 2 teams per group advance to Playoffs

Playoffs

  • Single-elimination bracket

  • Best-of-five until Grand Final

  • Grand Final = Best-of-seven


Confirmed map pool includes Hacienda, Red Card, Vault, Rewind, and others for Hardpoint, Search & Destroy, and Control modes.

In addition to the prize money, the top 8 teams will earn Club Championship Points, which contribute to the overall standings in the EWC Club Championship—where the top club across all 25 games will take home part of a massive $27 million bonus pool, including $7 million for the top club.


An MVP award, worth $10,000, will also be handed out to the tournament’s best individual performer—though details on that are expected to follow the same model used in other EWC titles like League of Legends.
