The official soundtrack for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is finally getting a physical release, with pre-orders now open for deluxe vinyl and CD editions.
Fans of the game’s Belle Époque-inspired soundscape can now secure one of three music collections: a 6LP deluxe vinyl box set, a more compact 2LP edition, or a comprehensive 8CD package.
These editions are the result of a collaboration between Sandfall Interactive, publisher Kepler Interactive, and Laced Records.
Composer Lorien Testard personally sequenced the tracklists to match the game's three-act story structure, while all sleeve artwork was crafted by the game’s Art Director, Nicholas Maxson-Francombe.
For collectors, there’s the deluxe 6LP box set, which contains 63 tracks specially mastered for vinyl, housed in a rigid board slipcase with spined inner sleeves.
Meanwhile, the double LP set offers 20 essential tracks in a widespined gold-foiled sleeve.
For completists, the 8CD set packs a whopping 179 tracks—including 25 unreleased pieces like “Whispers of Tomorrow” and “Until Next Life (Solo Voice)”—into a clamshell box with printed sleeves.
Color vinyl lovers have options too. The Laced Records and IGN Store versions feature exclusive galaxy-effect vinyl variants, each with designs inspired by the game’s emotional palette. Standard black vinyl and CD editions will also be available via third-party retailers.
As a bonus for fans, a new digital album Nos vies en Lumière (Bonus Edition) is now available to stream and download for free via expedition33.com/soundtrack and Laced Records’ Bandcamp. It features a 33-minute rendition of the title track along with new bonus material, totaling over 90 minutes of music.
According to Laced Records, 30 tracks from the original digital OST have also been updated with newly mastered in-game mixes, including the full ‘Nos vies en Lumière’ trilogy. These versions have been rolled out on platforms like Spotify and Bandcamp, and those who previously purchased the OST can upgrade their downloads.
The soundtrack—already a huge hit—has surpassed 230 million streams since April and held the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Classical Albums and Classical Crossover Albums chart for nine consecutive weeks.
Vocals by Alice Duport-Percier continue to be a highlight of the musical experience, joined by Victor Borba (of Devil May Cry 5 fame), Axelle Verner, and even Ben Starr, voice actor for Verso, who performs the emotional track “Until Next Life.” Most tracks were recorded in Testard’s home studio, with others brought to life by the Curieux Orchestre at Midilive Studios in Paris.
The vinyl and CD sets are priced as follows:
6LP Box Set: £115 / $145
2LP Edition: £36 / $42
8CD Set: £40 / $44
Shipping is expected in February 2026, and pre-orders can be made through the Laced Records store and IGN Store.
For those still exploring Lumière in-game, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 continues to thrive, with 3.3 million units sold and a Metacritic score of 93. The game is available now on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Steam, Epic Games Store, and via Game Pass.
