NIS America has confirmed that Disgaea 7 Complete will launch exclusively for the Nintendo Switch 2, offering an enhanced edition of the original Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless. This new version brings not only the base game but also a range of bonus content, including previously released DLCs and brand-new additions to the storyline.

Originally developed by Nippon Ichi Software, Disgaea 7 first hit shelves in 2023 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and the Nintendo Switch. The game follows Fuji, a wandering warrior, as he journeys through the chaotic realm of Hinomoto. Along the way, he crosses paths with Pirilika, a wealthy and idealistic young woman who enlists his help. What follows is a tale of unlikely partnerships, rebellion, and redemption—all set in a quirky, demon-filled world that fans of the franchise will immediately recognize.

Now, with Disgaea 7 Complete scheduled for release in Fall 2025, players will receive the full experience right out of the box. This includes all seven DLCs, new features like uncapped stats and access to infernal weapons, and a fresh bonus episode. In that episode, players can unlock Asagi as a new playable character by completing the story. Additionally, a new boss fight against Rakshasa Baal has been added to raise the challenge even further.

For collectors and fans who enjoy physical editions, the Disgaea 7 Complete Ewwdo Edition is up for pre-order at $99.99 exclusively through the NIS Online Store. It includes the game, a special collector’s box, a slumbering cat figurine, and a Netherworld folding fan. A more budget-friendly Deluxe Edition will also be available at $69.99 and comes with a mini poster and sticker sheet.

According to NIS America, this release reflects their ongoing support for the Disgaea series while tapping into the momentum building around Nintendo's next-gen hardware.
