Epic Games has officially confirmed the second wave of the Fortnite x Cyberpunk 2077 collaboration via official social media channels.

The announcement builds on the success of Wave 1, which brought iconic characters like female V and Johnny Silverhand to the Battle Royale island back on December 23, 2024.

The teaser itself is brief, running at around six seconds. It carries a strong Night City aesthetic, complete with the iconic "Fortnite" logo blended into Cyberpunk 2077's signature visual style. Epic's caption read: "Good morning, Night City! We've got a surprise for you."

What to Expect from Wave 2

  • Adam Smasher, Arasaka's ruthless cyborg mercenary, who has already been teased

  • Potential additions including Panam Palmer, Judy Alvarez, Jackie Welles, and Songbird from the Phantom Liberty DLC

  • Possible Cyberpunk: Edgerunners crossover skins such as David Martinez and Lucy

Other Cosmetics

  • Back blings, pickaxes, gliders, and emotes inspired by Night City's chrome-heavy aesthetic

  • Wraps and contrails featuring neon Arasaka and Militech motifs

  • Cyberware and vehicle-themed accessories

Gameplay

  • Fans are hoping for a Sandevistan-inspired mobility gadget

  • Speculation around an Adam Smasher boss NPC making an appearance on the island

Pricing will likely follow the same pattern as the recent collab, with outfit bundles expected to range from 2,800 to 3,200 V-Bucks and individual skins priced at 1,500 V-Bucks each.

Release Window

According to current speculation and leaker reports, Wave 2 is expected to drop sometime in March or April 2026. Many believe it could coincide with the launch of Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2, which is set to kick off on March 19, 2026.
