PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium subscribers will see four titles leave the Game Catalog in October 2025, and one of them is a big one: Battlefield 1.
Sony has already rolled out the September 2025 lineup for the service, adding heavy hitters like WWE 2K25, Persona 5 Tactica, and The Invincible. But as always, new arrivals mean some older games have to make way.
The "Last Chance to Play" section has now been updated, confirming which titles will be removed next month.
First up is Battlefield 1, DICE’s 2016 shooter that took the franchise back to World War I. If you’ve never experienced its gritty campaign or large-scale multiplayer battles, now’s the time. With Battlefield 6 on the horizon, it’s a great opportunity to revisit the game that redefined the series for many players.
Next is Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed - Ecto Edition. This asymmetrical multiplayer game pits a team of Ghostbusters against a single ghost in a hide-and-seek style showdown. The Ecto Edition is the complete package, bundling the base game with all four DLC drops from 2023. If you’ve ever wanted to strap on a proton pack and chase specters with friends, you might want to give it a go before it disappears from the catalog.
Also leaving is Tour de France 2023, the official cycling simulation where you can compete against the sport’s elite and race iconic stages like the Champs-Élysées. It’s a niche title, but for fans of the sport, it offers a surprisingly deep and tactical experience.
Finally, there’s The Last Clockwinder, a charming puzzle-automation game from Pontoco and Cyan Ventures. In it, you use clones of yourself to build intricate clockwork machines and restore life to an ancient tree. It’s a slower-paced, thoughtful experience that’s worth checking out if you enjoy creative problem-solving.
According to reports, PlayStation may also be gearing up for a State of Play presentation next week, so we could soon hear about more upcoming titles. There is also a rumor about the Wolverine and Venom announcement there.
