Free Fire Max National Grind S1 Announced by ESFI: Dates, Format & How to Register

The Esports Federation of India (ESFI) has officially announced the Free Fire Max National Grind – Season 1, an online esports tournament set to kick off in September 2025.
This event is exclusively for Indian players aged 16 and above, giving the country’s Free Fire community a fresh competitive stage to prove their skills.
If you’re planning to jump in, registrations are now open until September 15. Teams will compete in 4-player squads, with each roster allowed up to six members, including substitutes. The format will feature Battle Royale matches across both group and knockout stages.
How to Register for Free Fire Max National Grind – Season 1
Join the Official ESFI Discord
Head to ESFI’s official Discord server.
Look for the National Grind – Season 1 announcement channel.
Fill Out the Registration Form
Click the Google Form link provided in the announcement.
Enter details like team name, player names & in-game IDs, contact info, and confirm all members are 16+.
Confirm Your Squad
Teams must have 4 core players and can include up to 2 substitutes.
Ensure all members meet the eligibility criteria.
Wait for Confirmation
ESFI will review your application.
Accepted teams will get confirmation via Discord or email, along with match schedules.

As per ESFI’s background, it’s a non-profit body founded in 2016, affiliated with global esports organizations like the IESF, AESF, and GEF — though it’s not officially recognized as a government sports federation.
Meanwhile, Garena is also running the Free Fire Max India Cup 2025, boasting a massive ₹1 crore prize pool, with finals scheduled for September 27–28.
