Rockstar adds GTA Online to GTA+ membership

This means if you’re already subscribed to GTA+ ($7.99/month or equivalent), you’ll get access to the long-running online mode without any extra cost.

The timing of this update is interesting, especially since Take-Two Interactive also announced during its latest earnings call that Grand Theft Auto VI has been delayed again, now set to launch on November 19, 2026. While the wait for GTA 6 continues, Rockstar is clearly trying to keep players engaged with GTA Online and the perks that come with GTA+.

According to Rockstar’s official website, GTA+ members receive a monthly bonus of GTA$500,000, along with exclusive access to Shark Cards that include a 15% bonus. On top of that, members can take advantage of special discounts and offers that rotate regularly. Vinewood Club benefits let members a bonus GTA+ vehicle, a massive 100-car garage, a new workshop, and even access to the Vinewood Club App.

The membership benefits also evolve month to month, offering unique liveries, Chameleon paint schemes, fresh apparel, and multipliers for GTA$ and RP. If you’ve been playing GTA Online for years like I have, these extras can make the grind feel a little more rewarding.
