Hololive Returns to Asphalt Legends With New Spotlight Event

COVER Corporation has announced a brand-new collaboration between hololive production and Asphalt Legends, bringing four of the agency’s most popular talents into the high-speed mobile racer.

The event, which runs from October 16 to November 13, will feature Kureiji Ollie, Takanashi Kiara, IRyS, and Nerissa Ravencroft as the stars of a limited-time Spotlight Event.

This is the second time hololive and Gameloft have teamed up, but the scale feels bigger this round. Players will get to take part in an 18-stage Spotlight Event, with the first 10 stages available as a free trial. Each stage is themed around one of the featured talents, and yes, you’ll actually hear their original voice lines at the start of races. It’s a fun touch that makes the event feel more personal, especially if you’re already a fan of one of these VTubers.

Customization is also a big part of the collaboration. The event will introduce eight new hololive-themed emojis and eight exclusive vehicle decals. These include:

• IRyS → Porsche 911 GT3 RS + emoji

Of course, the collaboration isn’t limited to in-game content. The talents themselves will be hosting special livestreams on their YouTube channels, where they’ll race in multiplayer matches and share their reactions live. The first showdown happens on October 17 at 05:00 AM CEST, featuring IRyS and Nerissa. A second event follows on October 20 at 13:00 CEST, with Kiara and Ollie going head-to-head. During these streams, fans can also grab exclusive codes that unlock special emojis tied to each talent.

Music fans have something to look forward to as well. To celebrate the collaboration, IRyS has composed an original track titled “Escalate”, which premiered with a special performance on her channel. The song will be paired with Asphalt Legends gameplay footage, blending idol energy with racing action.
