IShowSpeed.

YouTube star IShowSpeed has announced a 35-day nonstop livestream tour across the United States, set to begin on August 28, 2025.

The 19-year-old creator, whose real name is Darren Watkins Jr., is already known worldwide for his high-energy personality and marathon-style broadcasts. In the past, he has taken his livestreams across Europe, Asia, and South America, giving millions of viewers a chance to see him explore landmarks, try new foods, and interact with fans in real time. Now, Speed is turning his focus to home soil, bringing the same style of content to a wide range of U.S. cities.

The new project, branded as “SPEED DOES AMERICA,” will stream entirely on his YouTube channel.

The format will be simple but ambitious — 24 hours a day of unfiltered livestreaming, continuing without breaks for over a month.

According to Speed’s announcement on social media, the broadcast will kick off at 12 PM EST on August 28. For global fans, that translates to:

  • Pacific Time (Los Angeles): 9:00 AM

  • Eastern Time (New York): 12:00 PM

  • Greenwich Mean Time (GMT/UTC): 4:00 PM

  • British Summer Time (London): 5:00 PM

  • Central European Summer Time (Berlin): 6:00 PM

  • India Standard Time (New Delhi): 9:30 PM

  • Japan Standard Time (Tokyo): 1:00 AM (Aug 29)

  • Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney): 2:00 AM (Aug 29)

While the streamer hasn’t revealed the exact order or starting city, he did confirm the list of states he plans to cover during the marathon. These include:

  • Arizona

  • California

  • Colorado

  • District of Columbia

  • Florida

  • Georgia

  • Idaho

  • Illinois

  • Kansas

  • Kentucky

  • Louisiana

  • New Mexico

  • Nevada

  • New York

  • Ohio

This makes for 25 destinations in total, with every stop being streamed live, around the clock.

Shortly after the announcement, MrBeast chimed in on X (formerly Twitter), inviting Speed to his North Carolina facility and teasing that he has “something fun” planned. While no details have been shared, fans are already speculating about a possible crossover between the two creators.

For Speed, this marks his longest continuous livestream project to date. Considering his past streams have often gone viral for spontaneous and unpredictable moments, fans are expecting plenty of surprises along the way.
