Kai Cenat Announces Marathon of Classic GTA Titles Ahead of GTA 6

Twitch streamer Kai Cenat has revealed plans to play through a series of classic Grand Theft Auto games before the highly anticipated release of Grand Theft Auto VI on November 19, 2026.
The announcement, shared during a Just Chatting livestream on October 26, involves working through GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas, GTA IV, and GTA V with his audience.
“Here is the list of GTAs that we are going to play. All right? Are y’all listening? GTA 3. Vice City. San Andreas. GTA 4. And GTA 5.” He described the planned streams as “action-packed” and focused on experiencing the stories with viewers rather than simply free-roaming the open worlds.
Kai added Vice City was the first Grand Theft Auto title he played (introduced by his stepdad), but he only free-roamed in San Andreas and never completed its story. “I don’t even remember how the storyline even went,” he told viewers, inviting those in a similar situation to relate.
Kai Cenat is no stranger to large-scale endurance streams. He is known for high-production marathons and events that have drawn record concurrent viewership and subscriber counts on Twitch. The GTA series marathon fits his established approach of turning major gaming moments into extended, interactive broadcasts.
GTA 6 is set to release on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. No PC release is confirmed yet, though rumors suggest it might arrive in the first quarter of 2027.
Meanwhile, another streamer, IShowSpeed, is reportedly heading to New Zealand to become the first streamer to play GTA 6, 18 hours ahead of U.S. time.
