What Is Streamer University?

Streamer University is Kai Cenat's unique take on a creator bootcamp. Instead of traditional panels or conventions, participants live together in a college-style environment while taking part in workshops, livestreams, challenges, and collaborative content.

The first edition, held in 2025 at the University of Akron in Ohio, featured more than 120 creators living on campus with accommodation, meals, and activities fully covered. The event generated millions of views across social media thanks to its nonstop content and entertaining interactions.

While Kai hasn't officially revealed the exact campus for the 2026 edition, the overall concept remains the same: an all-inclusive college experience built around content creation.

This year's cinematic trailer leans heavily into a Harry Potter-inspired theme. Featuring the "Streamer Express" train, school uniforms, and magical visuals, the trailer sets the tone for what looks to be an even more theatrical production than last year.

What Will Students Learn?

Although Streamer University is designed to entertain viewers, there's also a strong educational element behind the chaos.

The curriculum reportedly includes classes covering:

  • Content Creation 101

  • Camera setup and lighting

  • Audio and streaming equipment

  • Overlay and UI optimization

  • Community management

  • Chat moderation

  • IRL streaming

  • Gaming content

  • Just Chatting strategies

Alongside the classes, students can join themed clubs and participate in group activities that encourage networking and collaboration. Since much of the experience is livestreamed, participants get practical experience creating content in front of large audiences while learning from established creators.
