Monument Valley Trilogy is Coming to Consoles and PC This Year

Great news for puzzle game fans—Ustwo Games is bringing the beloved Monument Valley trilogy to consoles and PC in 2025! After years as a mobile-exclusive series, the games are finally making their way to bigger screens.

The first two Monument Valley games, which arrived on PC back in 2022, will officially launch on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S on April 15, 2025. These versions will come with all the extra chapters, add-ons, and DLC, plus updated visuals designed specifically for larger screens.

But that’s not all—Monument Valley 3, which debuted as a Netflix Games exclusive in December 2024, is also making the jump. It’s set to hit consoles and PC this summer, including Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam. According to Ustwo Games, the new versions will feature full cinematic widescreen support and optimized controls for gamepad, keyboard, and mouse.

Monument Valley 3 was actually featured in a recent Nintendo Direct (March 27), highlighting its upcoming release on Switch. The game follows a path similar to Hello Kitty Island Adventure, a former Apple Arcade exclusive that expanded beyond mobile.

A New Look with a Meaningful Twist

While Monument Valley 3 sticks to the signature isometric puzzle gameplay that made the series famous, it also introduces a fresh environmental theme. This time, puzzles take place in flooded and climate-affected areas, with stunning landscapes inspired by global architecture.

Ustwo Games is also continuing its commitment to social responsibility with this expansion. The studio has pledged to donate 3% of the game’s profits over the next three years to flood relief efforts worldwide—even after the game launches on new platforms.
