Netmarble has officially announced a brand-new addition to the Solo Leveling universe — Solo Leveling: KARMA.
Revealed during Anime Expo 2025 via an exclusive teaser trailer, the game is a roguelite action RPG that introduces an original storyline and dynamic gameplay and will be available on both mobile and PC platforms.
Unlike Solo Leveling: Arise, which closely followed the main story of the anime and webtoon, KARMA dives into a completely new arc set in the Dimensional Gap — a mysterious space hinted at in the original lore. Here, players will step into the shoes of Sung Jinwoo once again, this time enduring a brutal 27-year war between the Monarchs. At the center of the plot lies the “Broken Cup of Reincarnation,” a key artifact that can only be repaired by recovering Jinwoo’s lost memories.
The game promises fast-paced, hack-and-slash combat with roguelite progression systems. From an isometric viewpoint, players can fight waves of enemies using a mix of weapons like daggers, scythes, and bows.
Familiar foes from the original series — including Cerberus, the Hobgoblin Leader, and the Demonic King Baran — make their return.
Gameplay will include strategic “Blessings” that enhance player stats and abilities, alongside the return of summonable Shadows like Iron and Igris. Combo-based attacks and upgrade paths will offer variety with each run — a key staple of the roguelite genre.
The teaser trailer is now live on the game’s official YouTube channel:
This title is part of Netmarble’s broader expansion of the Solo Leveling brand in the gaming space. The company previously launched Solo Leveling: Arise in May 2024 across Android, iOS, and Windows. Another title, Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE, is currently in development and is expected to arrive on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Cloud in 2026, with a PC launch via Steam coming this fall.
