Fortnite has locked in another major crossover, this time with rap superstar Playboi Carti. The collaboration was teased by both Fortnite’s official channels and Carti himself on Instagram, confirming that the artist will soon be featured in-game.

Carti, who boasts nearly 50 million Spotify followers and multiple chart-topping albums, is no stranger to mainstream success. Now, he’s bringing his unique style into Fortnite, continuing the game’s tradition of blending pop culture with battle royale chaos.
According to dataminers such as Kurrco, ShiinaBR, and HYPEX, the collaboration will revolve around a bundle called “I AM MUSIC”, which ties directly to Carti’s upcoming album. While full 3D models haven’t leaked yet, placeholders suggest two skins are on the way. Fans speculate these represent different eras of Carti’s career:
EvilJordan Carti – Inspired by the red-and-black demon-masked look from his EVIL J0RDAN single art.
Timeless Carti – Based on promo shots from the Whole Lotta Red era, featuring dreads, a white shirt, black pants, and a beanie.
The bundle isn’t just about skins. Datamined files hint at a Jam Track featuring Carti’s EVIL J0RDAN for Fortnite Festival mode, alongside four emotes (one confirmed as ALL RED), two wraps, and likely a pickaxe plus back blings.
What’s particularly exciting is the possibility of an in-game event or concert like Travis Scott’s massive Astronomical show. Additionally, there are rumors about a connection to Blitz Royale mode.
As for timing, there’s no official release date yet. Leaks point to a rollout in late November or early December 2025, possibly aligning with the start of Chapter 7.
