Krafton has officially locked in the dates for its highly anticipated PUBG x G‑DRAGON collaboration, following a teaser earlier this week that had both gamers and K‑pop fans buzzing.
The crossover will roll out in stages as follows:
PC: September 10, 2025
Console: September 18, 2025
PUBG Mobile: September 19, 2025
This marks the first-ever collaboration with a music artist for both PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS and PUBG Mobile simultaneously.
While full feature details are still under wraps, leaks and teasers suggest fans can expect G‑DRAGON-inspired skins, weapon wraps, lobby themes, and possibly emotes or in-game music tied to the artist. Limited-time missions, login rewards, and event boosts are also on the cards.
The first teaser for the collab debuted on August 31 during G‑DRAGON’s Las Vegas concert. Krafton has also hinted at an offline celebration event in Seongsu, Seoul, alongside other global fan activities.
For those unfamiliar, G‑DRAGON (Kwon Ji‑yong) is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer, best known as the leader of BIGBANG. Renowned for his influence in music, fashion, and culture, he’s often credited with pushing K‑pop beyond its traditional boundaries.
In the coming weeks, fans can expect the official collaborative trailer, detailed content reveals, and the full rewards list. I’ll update the article once everything is announced so you can decide whether to jump in or not.
