PUBG Mobile has officially launched its latest anime crossover, teaming up with the hit series Kaiju No. 8 for a limited-time event running from September 5 to September 30, 2025.

The collaboration introduces a wide range of kaiju-inspired content, including character skins, themed vehicles, upgradable weapons, and a unique transformation mechanic.

Based on the anime’s premise — where giant monsters threaten humanity and protagonist Kafka Hibino gains the ability to transform into one — the event brings that energy into the battleground. Players can unlock skins modeled after Kafka and other Defense Force members like Reno Ichikawa, Mina Ashiro, Kikoru Shinomiya, and Soshiro Hoshina. Each outfit reflects their anime designs with tactical, futuristic flair.

The Kaiju-themed skins are equally striking. The Kaiju No. 8 Set features a monstrous helmet and glowing blue accents, while Kaiju No. 9 and Kaiju No. 10 offer eerie and aggressive designs, complete with twisted forms and fiery red armor.

Beyond character cosmetics, the event includes themed vehicles like the Kaiju No. 10 Buggy and Kaiju No. 9 Motorcycle, plus collectibles such as the Kaiju Backpack, Parachute, and Preondactyl Glider. Weapon skins are also part of the mix, offering evolving visual effects and enhanced combat aesthetics.

A standout feature is the transformation mechanic, allowing players to shift into Kaiju No. 8 mid-match, paired with themed melee weapons and firearms for added tactical depth.

To get these items, players can engage in two Lucky Spin pools:
