Red Bull Solo Legends Season 2 has kicked off in India, with registrations now open for the country's biggest solo BGMI tournament.
The event runs from September 2 to December 3, 2026.
Unlike most BGMI competitions in India, which are almost always squad-based, this one strips everything down to one player, one phone, and zero backup. No IGL calling shots. No teammate to revive you. Just pure individual skill on display.
Qualification process
The road to the National Finals runs through three separate paths:
Open Qualifiers, held entirely online and open to eligible players across India
College Qualifiers, on-ground events at 4 selected campuses, starting with 1v1 matches before shifting to a Battle Royale format
Pro Qualifiers, reserved for professional BGMI players and conducted as live broadcast matches
Registration is now open to anyone aged 16 and above, and it stays open till September 30.
Who makes it to the National Finals?
The Finals will feature a total of 56 participants. That breaks down as:
28 from the Pro Qualifiers
4 direct invites for BGMI pros
4 College Qualifier winners
12 from the Open Qualifiers
8 Chaos Agents
Five matches are scheduled for the National Finals, and all of them will be played offline with a live broadcast.
What are Chaos Agents?

These are veteran BGMI personalities who join the fray purely to cause trouble. They can't win the title themselves, but eliminating a Chaos Agent usually comes with bonus points, based on how Season 1 was scored. Jonathan has already been confirmed as one of the names competing this season, giving fans a familiar face to root for or against.
Season 1 recap
The first season ran from mid-October to December 2 last year and pulled in more than 10,000 registrations. The grand finale was held at Mumbai's Royal Opera House, marking the venue's first-ever esports event. Harsh Malik, known as Spraygod, walked away as the champion with 39 points and 12 finishes across three matches.

What's next?
Qualifier schedules, scoring rules, the finale venue, and prize details are all still pending official word. For now, interested players can head to the official Red Bull Solo Legends page (redbull.in/sololegends) to lock in their registration before the window closes.
