Street Fighter 6 Year 3 Fighter Pass Revealed: Sagat, C. Viper, Alex, and Ingrid Join the Roster

Street Fighter 6 Year 3 Fighter Pass

Capcom turned up the heat at Summer Game Fest 2025 with a full reveal of the Street Fighter 6 Year 3 Fighter Pass.

Four returning characters—Sagat, C. Viper, Alex, and Ingrid—will join the game over the next year, bringing back classic moves, new designs, and a whole lot of hype.

Who Are the Street Fighter 6 Year 3 DLC Characters?

Capcom unveiled all four characters in dramatic fashion during SGF 2025, using a reveal trailer starring wrestling superstar Kenny Omega, cosplaying each fighter. Here's the full lineup and their expected release windows:

  • SagatSummer 2025

  • C. ViperAutumn 2025

  • AlexEarly Spring 2026

  • IngridLate Spring 2026

While Sagat and Alex previously appeared in Street Fighter V, it’s been a long time since we’ve seen C. Viper, who last appeared in Street Fighter IV (2007).

Even more surprising is the return of Ingrid, a character not seen since Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX on PSP, originally created for the cancelled Capcom Fighting All-Stars.

Sagat Returns With Tiger Power

Sagat’s gameplay snippet in the trailer showed him going toe-to-toe with Ryu using his signature Tiger Shot, Tiger Uppercut, and Tiger Knee. The footage also teased a reimagined version of his classic Thailand stage, paying homage to his Street Fighter II roots.

As one of the series’ original bosses and Muay Thai master, Sagat’s arrival this summer is already setting the competitive community abuzz.

C. Viper, Alex, and Ingrid: What to Expect

  • C. Viper, the spy-tech warrior with high mobility and electric attacks, brings back her Battle Suit arsenal.

  • Alex, the grappling powerhouse from Street Fighter III and V, expects explosive slams and brutal command grabs.

  • Ingrid, perhaps the most obscure pick, is a mystical fighter with reality-bending powers. Though she’s only appeared in spin-offs and crossovers, her mainline debut in SF6 this spring could shake up the meta if she retains her boss-level abilities from Alpha 3 MAX.

Bonus Content and Competitive Road Ahead

Alongside the character reveals, Capcom also confirmed:

  • Street Fighter 6 Year 1-2 Fighters Edition is now available, bundling all 26 released fighters with extra color options and stages.

  • The $1 million grand prize is back for Capcom Cup 12, taking place in Tokyo’s historic Ryogoku Kokugikan sumo arena in 2026.

  • Street Fighter 6 is also now a launch title for Nintendo Switch 2, with exclusive new modes.

Will There Be a Year 4?

That’s the big question. With Street Fighter 6 already one of Capcom’s most successful entries, speculation is high. However, Capcom hasn't confirmed a fourth season of content just yet. If they do decide to port over the entire SFV roster, it could take several more years of post-launch support—something fans would likely welcome with open arms.
