The Game Awards 2025 Nominees List Revealed: Full Categories, Voting Details

The long-awaited nomination list for The Game Awards 2025 has officially arrived, and if you’ve been keeping an eye on this year’s releases, you probably won’t be surprised to see Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 dominating the charts. The game has pulled off something historic: 12 nominations, the most any title has ever received at the show.

What makes the lineup even more interesting is how close the competition is behind it. Death Stranding 2: On the Beach and Ghost of Yōtei, both heavy hitters from PlayStation studios, follow with eight nominations each, while Hades II lands a solid six.

From a publisher standpoint, Sony Interactive Entertainment has once again dominated the landscape with 19 nominations across its portfolio. Kepler Interactive follows with 13, while Microsoft and Electronic Arts sit comfortably with 10 each.
