TheBurntPeanut Takes Home VTuber of the Year at The Streamer Awards 2025

The Streamer Awards 2025 have concluded this Saturday, honoring the year’s most popular and influential creators. One of the standout winners was TheBurntPeanut, who took home the award for Best VTuber of the Year.
This marks a major shift in the VTuber category. Ironmouse had held the title for three consecutive years, but TheBurntPeanut’s rapid growth and strong presence in 2025 pushed him into the top spot. His mix of animated peanut avatars, creative costumes, and energetic gameplay has attracted a large following. Games such as Escape from Tarkov and ARC Raiders helped him gain visibility and expand his audience throughout the year.
The competition for VTuber of the Year was fierce, with nominees including Chibidoki, Kenji, Mori Calliope, and Ironmouse. Yet, TheBurntPeanut’s consistent content and unique style secured the win.
In his acceptance speech, TheBurntPeanut thanked QTCinderella for organizing the event, his team for supporting the streams, and his fans, known as the Bungulators, for their dedication. He emphasized that their support made the achievement possible.
"I am honored to accept this Best VTuber of the Year award. It is a great honor to accept this Best VTuber of the Year award. Big shout-out to QTCinderella for putting on this immaculate award ceremony, as well as a shout-out to the Peanut team, making sure the streams are always the best they can be. Obviously, the largest shout-out to the Bungulators, you guys are the best, thank you for all the support, gentlemen."
In addition to the VTuber award, TheBurntPeanut also won Best FPS Streamer, making him one of the few creators to collect multiple trophies at the ceremony.
He was also nominated for Gamer of the Year but ultimately lost to caseoh. Check out the full list here.
