Ubisoft made its presence (since they canceled its 'Forward' showcase) this year’s PC Gaming Show with in-depth updates on three highly anticipated titles: Anno 117: Pax Romana, The Rogue Prince of Persia, and Morbid Metal.
Each game received fresh gameplay reveals, showcasing new mechanics, story developments, and polished visuals.
Anno 117: Pax Romana Gets a November Release Date
Ubisoft Mainz officially announced that Anno 117: Pax Romana will launch on 13th November 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Amazon Luna, and PC (via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Ubisoft Connect).
A cinematic trailer, featuring Roman statues singing in over-the-top musical fashion, teased the legacy-building scope of the city-builder’s Roman setting.
Set during the Roman Empire’s peak, players will step into the role of a freshly appointed governor, tasked with overseeing multiple provinces across the empire—from the culturally rich Latium to the untamed Celtic wetlands of Albion.
A city-building game promises to be the most ambitious Anno yet, offering an expansive mix of city-building strategy and historical storytelling.

The Rogue Prince of Persia Nears Full Release
Developed by Evil Empire, The Rogue Prince of Persia celebrates one year in Steam Early Access, having evolved dramatically thanks to community feedback. Now, the roguelite action-platformer is targeting its 1.0 launch in August 2025 on Steam and other platforms.
The game features fast-paced 2D combat, intense platforming, and a dynamic build system that lets players experiment with new playstyles in every run.
The narrative follows the Prince’s path to redemption, as he battles magical Huns and seeks to protect the ancient city of Ctesiphon. With richly detailed pixel art and tight mechanics, the game is shaping up to be a worthy spin on the legendary Prince of Persia legacy.
Morbid Metal Offers Shapeshifting Hack-and-Slash Action
Morbid Metal, developed by Screen Juice, continues to turn heads as one of the most visually striking action roguelites on the horizon. The game features real-time character shapeshifting, letting players instantly swap between four unique fighters, each with their own active abilities and attack styles.
Set across semi-procedurally generated levels, players will slash their way through futuristic wastelands and overgrown ruins, taking on hordes of enemies and biome-specific bosses.
With fluid combat animations, stylized effects, and roguelite progression, Morbid Metal blends style and intensity for fans of games like Hades and Nier: Automata.
