Microsoft has announced the pricing for its upcoming paid Xbox cloud gaming service, with a 50-hour streaming pack set at an introductory price of $11.99.

The announcement was made through an official Xbox news post. Starting now, Xbox Insiders can access the paid cloud gaming option without needing an active Game Pass subscription. The feature is expected to roll out to all Xbox players in November.

The paid service builds on the free cloud gaming platform that Xbox introduced earlier this year. Players who purchase these streaming packs will get an ad-free experience, though some limitations still remain.

How Much Does Xbox Cloud Gaming Cost?

Microsoft has introduced three introductory pricing tiers:

  • 10 hours of playtime for $3.99

  • 25 hours of playtime for $7.99

  • 50 hours of playtime for $11.99

These packs are designed for players who want cloud access without subscribing to Game Pass.

Will Players Still Face Queue Times?

Yes, queue times will still exist.

According to Microsoft's announcement, users paying for the cloud gaming service may still encounter wait times during peak usage periods. However, the company stated that paid users should experience shorter waits compared to those using the free service.
