Now, let us get into the bigger announcements from the show.

Hades 2

Hades 2.

Hades 2 is finally making its way to Xbox. Supergiant's critically acclaimed roguelike sequel arrives on April 14 for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox on PC, and Xbox Cloud.

It will also be available day one on Xbox Game Pass.

The title supports Xbox Play Anywhere, so your progress will carry over between platforms.

The game first launched in early access on PC back in May 2024. Last September, it was released fully and landed on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 as a console exclusive. Now Xbox players finally get their turn.

In Hades 2, you play as the immortal Princess of the Underworld, fighting through a mythic world against the Titan of Time with the power of Olympus backing you up. IGN gave it a rare 10/10, calling the combat "fast, fun, endlessly varied, and tactical." On Metacritic, it holds an impressive 95/100.

Dispatch

Dispatch.

Dispatch was one of the best narrative games released last year.

The full collection of episodes is coming to Xbox Series X/S, Xbox on PC, and Xbox Cloud. It will also be an Xbox Play Anywhere title.

Developed by AdHoc Studio, a team made up of former Telltale developers, the game puts you in the shoes of Robert Robertson III. He is a retired superhero forced into a desk job, dispatching a team of reformed villains turned heroes. It blends interactive storytelling with a management sim element, and the writing is genuinely sharp.

The voice cast includes Aaron Paul, Laura Bailey, and Jeffrey Wright, all delivering strong performances.

It is an episodic game, so Xbox players will likely get all episodes available at once when it launches. No specific release date was given.

The Expanse: Osiris Reborn

The Expanse: Osiris Reborn.

Owlcat Games, the studio behind Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, is making a strong push into sci-fi action with The Expanse: Osiris Reborn.

The game is set in the same universe as the beloved books and television series. According to the developers, it is a story-driven action RPG focused on companions, player choices, and dynamic third-person combat.

The game is heading to Spring 2027, but a closed beta kicks off on April 22. The beta will be available on Xbox Series X/S, PC via Steam, and PlayStation 5.

To access it, players need to purchase the Collector's Edition or Miller's Pack.

Owlcat has confirmed that the beta will cover combat, movement in zero-gravity environments, and life aboard a remote space station.

The game is confirmed for Xbox Game Pass at launch.

Wuthering Waves

Wuthering Waves.

The popular free-to-play action RPG Wuthering Waves is heading to Xbox Series X/S this July.

It will also be available on Xbox on PC, Xbox Cloud Gaming, and Xbox Game Pass. An exact date within July has not been confirmed yet.

The game launched on PC and mobile back in 2024. It has since accumulated over 30 million downloads worldwide. It sits at 88% user ratings on Steam.

The game follows an amnesiac protagonist called Rover, who wakes up in the post-apocalyptic world of Solaris-3 with no memories. Players explore the world, recruit powerful characters called Resonants, and engage in fast, combo-heavy combat.

The game draws comparisons to both Genshin Impact and Devil May Cry in terms of its style.

It also features an Echoes system that lets players capture and summon defeated enemies in battle.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost of Hope DLC

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost of Hope DLC.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl launched in November 2024, and it is now getting its first major story expansion. The DLC is called Cost of Hope, and it is arriving this summer for Xbox, PlayStation 5, and PC.

As per GSC Game World, the expansion is described as "a massive nonlinear expansion packed with dozens of hours of gameplay."

Players will return as Skif and dive into a faction conflict between Duty and Freedom.

New locations include the iconic Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant and the Iron Forest region.

New weapons and gear are coming too, including the legendary SKS carbine.

The developers have also described Cost of Hope as the "middle chapter of the second trilogy," suggesting more story DLC is already in the works.

Moosa: Dirty Fate

Moosa: Dirty Fate.

Moosa: Dirty Fate was one of the world premiere reveals from the show, and it grabbed attention right away.

The game is set in Feudal Korea and is coming in 2027 for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox on PC, and Xbox Cloud. It will be available on Xbox Game Pass.

According to Xbox Wire, an unknown and powerful force has swept across the land, leaving crops withering to dust. The people have turned to extreme measures to survive, and it falls on the player to hunt down the source of the threat.

The trailer showed painterly Korean-inspired landscapes alongside third-person combat.

Not much else has been revealed yet, but the visual style alone made it one of the more eye-catching reveals of the night.

Hunter: The Reckoning – Deathwish

Hunter: The Reckoning – Deathwish.

The showcase opened strong with the world premiere of Hunter: The Reckoning – Deathwish.

The game is developed by Teyon, known for their Terminator and RoboCop titles, and is set in the World of Darkness universe, the same fictional setting that houses Vampire: The Masquerade.

This is not a revival of the early-2000s Hunter: The Reckoning games. Deathwish is a brand new adaptation of the tabletop RPG.

It is a first-person action RPG set in a modern-day New York that slowly reveals a hidden world of monsters and vampires underneath the surface.

The game features full character creation, including appearance customization, six attributes, 18 skills, and a system inspired by the original tabletop game.

Players can approach quests and combat through force, stealth, or dialogue, depending on how they build their character.

It also includes side quests, romance options, companion bonding, and branching storylines. Hunter: The Reckoning – Deathwish is set for a Summer 2027 release on Xbox Series X/S and PC.
