Now let's break it down:

Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault

Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault is the direct sequel to the 2018 indie hit Moonlighter, developed by Digital Sun (the original creators) and published by 11 bit studios. It shifts from the first game's pixel-art style to full 3D visuals while expanding the core loop of dungeon-crawling action RPG combat and shopkeeping simulation, leaning harder into roguelike elements (inspired by games like Hades).

As of early access, review from GamesRadar says the core loop remains compelling, but the balance between the “shop” and “dungeon” pillars is “wobbly in early access”.

Kulebra and the Souls of Limbo

Kulebra and the Souls of Limbo is a charming, heartfelt 2.5D narrative adventure game with puzzle elements, developed by the small indie studio Galla Games (a duo of brothers from the Dominican Republic now based in the US) and published by Fellow Traveller. It features a unique handcrafted papercraft art style inspired by Latin American culture and Day of the Dead aesthetics, blending cozy exploration with emotional, sometimes heavy themes of grief, regret, and moving on.

Revenge of the Savage Planet

Revenge of the Savage Planet is the long-awaited direct sequel to 2020's Journey to the Savage Planet, developed and self-published by Raccoon Logic (the studio formed by the core original Typhoon Studios team after Google shut them down). It keeps the irreverent corporate satire, colorful alien worlds, scanning/exploration loop, and slapstick humor, but switches to third-person perspective, adds full co-op (online crossplay + couch split-screen), and expands the scope dramatically.

Reviews are generally favorable (Metacritic ~78–81, Steam Very Positive), praised for gorgeous worlds, tighter platforming, hilarious writing, and co-op fun. Criticisms include janky combat, some pacing issues early on, and the controversial shift from first- to third-person (though most agree it improves movement and co-op).

The Crew Motorfest

The Crew Motorfest is Ubisoft Ivory Tower's vibrant open-world racing game, often described as their love letter (and direct competitor) to Forza Horizon. Set on a beautifully scaled-down version of the Hawaiian island of O'ahu (with Maui added for free in Year 2), it celebrates car culture through hundreds of vehicles, diverse events, and seamless vehicle switching between cars, boats, planes, and now motorbikes.

Reviews are generally favorable (Metacritic 76–79 across platforms), and on Steam, Mostly Positive (78%) praising for gorgeous Hawaiian setting, huge variety, addictive playlist system, and post-launch support.

Monsters are Coming! Rock & Road

Monsters are Coming! Rock & Road is a fresh "tower-survivor" action roguelite that brilliantly mashes Vampire Survivors-style bullet-heaven auto-combat with real-time tower defense, all while protecting a massive, constantly rolling fortress-city from endless monster hordes. Developed by the small French studio Ludogram and published by Raw Fury, it features gorgeous pixel art, addictive build-crafting, and that perfect "just one more run" loop.

Kill It With Fire! 2

Kill It With Fire 2 is the chaotic, over-the-top sequel to the 2020 cult hit Kill It With Fire, developed by Casey Donnellan Games and published by tinyBuild. It takes the original's "destroy everything to kill spiders" premise into the multiverse with bigger destruction physics, absurd weapons, full 4-player online co-op for the campaign, and a hilarious PvP mode where you can finally play as the spiders.

Banishers: Ghost of New Eden

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is a haunting action-RPG from DON’T NOD (Life is Strange, Vampyr) and published by Focus Entertainment. Released in 2024, it’s a story-heavy, choice-driven game set in a cursed 1695 North American wilderness where colonists and Native tribes clash amid a supernatural catastrophe. You play as a pair of “Banishers,” professional ghost hunters torn between duty, love, and morality.

Reviews are Very Positive on Steam (85%+), and Metacritic 77–80, praising its mature writing, gorgeous art direction, emotional weight, and choice consequences; criticized by some for repetitive side content and uneven combat pacing.

Marvel Cosmic Invasion

MARVEL Cosmic Invasion is a love letter to '90s arcade beat 'em ups and classic Marvel cosmic comics, developed by Tribute Games (the studio behind the masterpiece Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge) and published by Dotemu in collaboration with Marvel Games. It modernizes the side-scrolling brawler formula with a unique tag-team "Cosmic Swap" system, gorgeous full-color pixel art, and a dream roster of 15 Marvel heroes.

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is a narrative-driven adventure game from DON’T NOD Montréal (the original creators of Life is Strange), serving as the spiritual successor in tone and style while launching a brand-new IP called the "Lost Records" universe. It blends '90s nostalgia, coming-of-age drama, supernatural mystery, and deeply emotional character relationships with a heavy emphasis on player choice, friendship, and buried secrets.
