Three venues, nine elite titles, and global qualification stakes highlight Asia's premier esports showdown.
Shanghai is all set to host the first-ever HERO ESPORTS Asian Champions League (ACL) Grand Finals 2025 from May 16-18, 2025.
The event will spread across 3 major venues in the city: SPD Bank Oriental Sports Center, Jing'an Sports Center, and National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC).
Nine Titles, $2M Prize Pool, and a Path to the Esports World Cup
Inaugural ACL Grand Finals will feature 9 esports titles, with the region’s top teams battling for a share of the $2 million (RMB 15 million) prize pool and direct qualification slots for the 2025 Esports World Cup (EWC). The featured titles include:

The ACL Grand Finals has attracted numerous high-profile partners. DreamHack, a major collaborator, has brought together several well-known brands, including Jin Jiang International Holdings, 8BitDo, and ZOWIE as strategic partners.

Beyond the competitions, the event organizers have planned special nighttime activities. From May 16-18, Shanghai's trendy INS Park will host the ACL Grand Finals Night, combining esports culture with entertainment and nightlife experiences.
