Assassin’s Creed Shadows x Attack on Titan Crossover: Times, Cosmetics, and How to Access

Ubisoft has confirmed that Assassin’s Creed Shadows will host a crossover event with Attack on Titan, set to begin today on November 25, 2025. The event is part of Title Update 1.1.6 and will run until December 22, 2025, giving players just under a month to experience the new questline and themed cosmetics.

Free Quest Content
The crossover introduces a new mission where Naoe and Yasuke are guided by a mysterious woman named Ada into the Crystal Cave, a location inspired by Attack on Titan’s Underground Chapel. The quest revolves around forbidden rituals and a Titan‑style transformation, offering a unique boss encounter.
Rewards for completing the quest include:
Crystal Katana (exclusive weapon for Naoe).
Attack on Titan‑themed hideout items like banners and statues.
Hidden chest loot scattered throughout the cave.
Paid Cosmetic Packs
Ubisoft is also releasing the Attack on Titan Dual Pack in the in‑game store. This bundle includes:
Yasuke: Armored Titan‑inspired outfit.
Naoe: Mikasa Ackerman‑style outfit with Survey Corps gear.
Extras: New themed weapons, trinkets, and a Survey Corps mount.
This crossover isn’t Ubisoft’s first anime collaboration. Back in 2020, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla featured a tie‑in with Vinland Saga, and even included a quest that fans recognized as a nod to One‑Punch Man. Shadows itself recently crossed over with Dead by Daylight, offering a short mission and themed cosmetics.
How to Access
To play the new quest, you’ll need to:
Progress far enough in the main story to unlock Yasuke.
Travel to the northeast of Yamashiro, near Hanazo Tower.
Locate Ada, the quest giver, to begin the mission.
Additional Update Content
Alongside the crossover, the update adds a separate free quest called “A Puzzlement.” This lighter mission lets Naoe and Yasuke swap skills—Naoe tries Yasuke’s war kick, while Yasuke experiments with stealth takedowns. It also introduces a new environmental puzzle, offering a change of pace from the darker crossover storyline.
