Dispatch Nintendo Switch Release: Global Timings and Price Breakdown

AdHoc Studio’s superhero workplace comedy, Dispatch, is officially launching on Nintendo Switch platforms today, January 28.


Players who purchase the game on Nintendo Switch 1 will receive a free upgrade to the Nintendo Switch 2 edition.


This upgraded version offers smoother visuals, running up to 60fps with 1440p resolution, compared to the 30fps and 720p performance on the older hardware.


Unlike its PC and PS5 debut, the full game drops all at once instead of being released in episodes.


At its core, Dispatch puts players in the shoes of Robert Robertson, better known as Mecha Man. After losing his mech suit in battle, Robert finds himself working a desk job at a superhero dispatch center. His new role involves managing a rehabilitation program for ex-supervillains, assigning missions, and navigating workplace drama, all while secretly rebuilding his suit to face his old nemesis.


The blend of strategy, narrative, and comedy has already made the game a standout since its October 2025 debut.


The game has been a commercial and critical success, surpassing 2 million copies sold and earning glowing reviews across platforms. Steam users have given it a 98% positive rating, while the PlayStation Store shows a near-perfect 4.96/5 score.


According to industry trackers, Dispatch also holds an impressive 89 Metascore, cementing its reputation as one of the most talked-about releases of 2025.

It seems there’s no physical release for Dispatch at the moment, with the Nintendo eShop being the only way to get the Switch or Switch 2 Edition.
