Doja Cat has officially confirmed that she will be featured in Fortnite with her own skin, joining the game’s growing lineup of Icon Series collaborations.
Doja Cat Confirms Collaboration
The announcement came directly from the artist during a recent Instagram livestream, where she expressed her excitement about being part of Fortnite.
“I’ve got some interesting things happening in the future. I’m excited because, speaking of games, I will be in Fortnite. I’m one of the few to get a skin who actually plays it,” she said.
This isn’t the first time Doja Cat has appeared in Fortnite. Her track Kiss Me More was previously added as an emote, and she collaborated with Epic Games on a special in-game experience celebrating the 5th anniversary of her album Hot Pink.
Doja Cat’s addition continues Fortnite’s push to bring real-world personalities into the game. Chapter 6 has already introduced skins for Clix, Sabrina Carpenter, and Kai Cenat, showing that Epic Games is not slowing down on crossovers anytime soon.
Release Details and Pricing
As of now, Epic Games has not provided a release date for Doja Cat’s skin. With Kai Cenat’s Icon Series skin recently debuting, players may need to wait a little longer for an official announcement. Leakers have suggested the release is “very soon,” though no exact timeframe is confirmed.
Based on past Icon Series bundles, players can expect Doja Cat’s cosmetics to include a skin, back bling, pickaxe, and possibly an emote. Pricing for these bundles usually lands around 2,800 V-Bucks, though official details are still pending.
