Fortnite Season 4 Leaks Tease “Shock ‘N Awesome” Theme, Halo Spartans, One Punch Man, and More

Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 is officially set to launch on Thursday, August 7, 2025, and leaks are painting a pretty wild picture of what’s to come. From bug invasions to unexpected crossovers, this next chapter seems geared to bring a major shake-up—both in visuals and gameplay.

According to well-known Fortnite leakers like HYPEX, ShiinaBR, and FNBRIntel, Season 4 will take players into an alien-infested world, complete with creepy crawlers and twisted terrain.
The reported title of the new season is “Shock ‘N Awesome,” with a tagline urging players to “investigate the start of the bug invasion, and ready up for the fight against the insect adversaries on August 7.”
This eerie insect theme is a drastic shift from the previous season's Superhero Academy, and it's shaping up to be one of Fortnite’s most ambitious updates yet.
Collaborations
But the alien apocalypse is just the beginning—there are four major collaborations reportedly packed into Season 4’s Battle Pass.
The biggest headline is the return of Halo, as Epic Games confirmed on August 2 via their official X account. This time, we’re not just getting Master Chief. Two female Spartans—one in red, one in blue—are making their debut, and they’re expected to arrive with a set of accessories, including a dual-colored Energy Sword Pickaxe.
Players might remember the previous Halo crossover featuring the Gravity Hammer and UNSC Pelican Glider, and now Halo fans are being treated once again, possibly tied into an “Invasion Evolved” storyline.
Next up, Power Rangers are making the leap from Angel Grove to the Island. Insider ShiinaBR claims the collaboration includes Tommy Oliver (Green Ranger) and even Megazord skins, with at least one ranger skin featured in the Season 4 Battle Pass.
In the anime corner, Fortnite is reportedly preparing to launch a One-Punch Man collaboration. As per leaks from SamLeakss, fans should expect to see Saitama, Genos, and other heroes from the franchise. The drop is said to be part of the upcoming update, possibly launching alongside the season itself. If true, it adds yet another heavyweight anime IP to Fortnite’s already stacked roster—joining the likes of Dragon Ball, Naruto, and My Hero Academia.
DC fans aren’t being left out either. With the return of the Peacemaker show later this month, Fortnite seems ready to double down on its superhero collabs. FNBRIntel reports that a Peacemaker skin and his partner, Vigilante, are on the way, timed with the August 21 premiere of Peacemaker Season 2. Given the previous success of Superman and Batman skins, this continuation of the DC crossover feels like a natural fit.
Beyond skins, there's speculation that Fortnite’s map could be undergoing some alien-centric transformations. The Halo teaser image shows large mountainous areas and ominous tentacle-like structures, hinting at either new points of interest (POIs) or interactive in-game events.
As for the gameplay and competitive scene, details are still scarce. However, major season launches in Fortnite usually come with map changes, loot pool rotations, and meta shifts.
With such a high volume of collabs, there’s a strong chance new weapons, items, or mythic abilities tied to each IP could become part of the game’s meta—especially if Epic follows its past blueprint.
