It’s been nearly a year since Chapter 6 launched back on December 1, 2024, and while players have already moved through Springfield as part of the season’s map rotation, the finale promises to tie everything together. The crossover lineup is jaw‑dropping: Godzilla (Evolved), King Kong, a giant Homer Simpson, Star Wars X‑Wings, Dino Megazord, and Kill Bill’s Bride are all set to appear in the showdown against the Dark Presence. Epic has teased “extreme dark” vibes and even a possible space sequence. Watch the trailer below:
After the Event
Immediately following Zero Hour, servers will go into downtime to prepare for Chapter 7, rumored to be titled After Dark. While Epic hasn’t confirmed how long downtime will last, past events suggest only a few hours before the new season begins.
Kill Bill seems to be already confirmed for the next season, with South Park, Harry Potter, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Ninjago also rumored to join.
Epic is running server stress tests on November 20-21, rewarding participants with 80,000 XP, to ensure stability for the upcoming event.
