GeForce NOW Adds 14 Games in January 2026, Five Available Now

NVIDIA has announced the complete lineup of games joining GeForce NOW throughout January 2026, with approximately 14 titles set to stream from the cloud gaming service over the month.

Five games are already available for streaming this week, starting with My Winter Car, which launched on Steam on December 29. The indie survival simulator from Amistech Games has players managing a rusty project car through a harsh Finnish winter, dealing with realistic physics and permadeath mechanics. The game received an overwhelmingly positive reception from over 6,700 users shortly after its early access launch, with peak concurrent players exceeding 24,000.


Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden from Don't Nod has also joined the service through Xbox and Game Pass. Set in 1695 colonial New Eden, this action-RPG follows ghost hunters Red and Antea as they investigate hauntings while making moral choices that affect the narrative. The game holds very positive reviews on Steam from over 7,800 users and achieved a generally favorable critical reception with a Metacritic score around 78, though it reportedly underperformed commercially for the studio.


The Casting of Frank Stone brings Supermassive Games' cinematic horror style to the Dead by Daylight universe, now available through Xbox and Game Pass. Players uncover the dark legacy of killer Frank Stone in Cedar Hills through branching narratives and quick-time events. Meanwhile, Eternights combines dating sim elements with action RPG mechanics in a vampire apocalypse setting, offering players the chance to build romantic bonds while dungeon crawling. Studio Sai's title has garnered very positive reviews from over 3,200 Steam users for its earnest charm and Persona-inspired design.


Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 rounds out the initial batch as a GeForce RTX 5080-ready title on the Epic Games Store. Developed by Saber Interactive, the third-person shooter lets players battle Tyranid swarms as Ultramarines through single-player campaigns, three-player co-op operations, and massive six-versus-six PvP battles. The game achieved critical acclaim with an 81 Metacritic score on PC and has sold millions of copies since its September 2024 release.

The remaining nine titles will roll out throughout January. StarRupture from Creepy Jar launches on January 6, offering open-world base-building and survival gameplay with four-player co-op support.


Pathologic 3 arrives January 9, reimagining the Bachelor's route from the original 2005 game with psychological horror elements and moral dilemmas.


Quarantine Zone: The Last Check hits the service January 12, putting players in charge of a zombie apocalypse checkpoint where they must scan refugees with UV lights, x-rays, and blood tests, allocating scarce resources, piloting drones for combat, fortifying defenses, and choosing mercy vs. experimentation in a tense simulation. Pre-release hype is massive, with 1.3 million Steam wishlists and a well-received demo.


MIO: Memories in Orbit brings hand-drawn metroidvania action on January 20, while Nova Roma offers city-building gameplay set during the fall of the Roman Empire on January 22.
