While the footage doesn’t reveal much beyond animations, it’s still the closest thing to gameplay we’ve seen so far.

The clip comes from what appears to be Benjamin Chue's demo reel, a former Rockstar animator whose portfolio includes work on Red Dead Redemption 2, Max Payne 3, and GTA 5. According to reports, the video was originally posted on Vimeo but has since been taken down—though not before eagle-eyed fans managed to download and reshare it across social media platforms.

So what exactly does this leaked footage show? Well, don't expect any high-octane chase sequences just yet. The first clip features a male character interacting with a rental bike system, complete with animations for removing the bike from its stand and returning it. The bike is branded "LomBike," which seems to be a clever play on real-world LimeBike rentals, funded by the in-game Lombank corporation that we've seen in previous GTA titles. Sharp-eyed fans have already noticed rental bike stands in GTA 6's official trailers, so this feature appears to be confirmed.

The second clip shows a female character—likely protagonist Luciadismounting from a monster truck in two different ways. In one animation, she swings off from the truck bed, while in another, she jumps from the roof down to the road.

The third clip shows parts of Vice City while performing a water animation test.

With GTA 6 now delayed until late 2026, this small leak might be all we get for a while. But if these snippets are any indication, Rockstar is building a game where even the smallest actions feel immersive.
