Popular streamer and content creator Kai Cenat is officially joining Fortnite's Icon Series, with his custom skin set to debut in the Fortnite Item Shop on September 12, 2025, as part of the daily shop refresh at 5 PM PT.
Last month, Kai Cenat revealed his skin in dramatic fashion — using the Las Vegas Sphere to showcase the design, which features his signature style and personality.
According to Epic Games, the Kai Cenat skin will be priced at 1,500 V-Bucks, which is consistent with previous Icon Series releases. A bundle option is also expected, likely priced around 2,200 V-Bucks, though the full contents haven’t been officially confirmed.
Based on early leaks and teasers, the bundle may include the skin, a Back Bling, a Pickaxe, and a custom Emote — but that’s still subject to change.
One of the more playful additions tied to the launch is Lil’ Cenat, a companion pet that mirrors Kai’s energy and vibe. There’s also talk of a car body decal, though it’s unclear whether these extras will be part of the bundle or sold separately. Either way, fans will have options when the skin drops.
Here’s a quick look at the global release times for the Kai Cenat skin:
PT (Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver): 5:00 PM – Sept 12
MT (Denver, Calgary, Phoenix): 6:00 PM – Sept 12
CT (Chicago, Dallas, Mexico City): 7:00 PM – Sept 12

Central European Summer Time (CEST): 2:00 AM – Sept 13
India Standard Time (IST): 5:30 AM – Sept 13
Japan Standard Time (JST): 9:00 AM – Sept 13
Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST): 11:00 AM – Sept 13
As with all Fortnite shop refreshes, timing may vary slightly due to server issues or regional delays, but Epic typically sticks to this schedule.
Kai Cenat’s addition to the Icon Series follows in the footsteps of other major creators like Ninja, TheGrefg, and Chica.
Whether you’re a longtime fan of Kai or just looking to expand your locker, this drop is one to watch. And with FNCS heating up, it’s safe to say Fortnite’s September lineup is stacked.
