What Happens Next?

With the Group Stage now mostly behind us, attention turns to the Regional Playoffs, where teams will battle it out for a place in the prestigious Mid-Season Finals, scheduled for July 2025. This event will feature the top performers from the Playoffs alongside select teams from Championship Season 2 and Stage 2 Open Qualifiers, all fighting for a share of a $500,000 prize pool.

Looking beyond that, Ignite Stage 2 is set to run between September and October 2025. It will mirror the current format, including Open Qualifiers, Group Stage, and Playoffs. Teams that advanced in Stage 1 Playoffs will automatically secure a place in Stage 2, while newcomers will have another chance to qualify through open slots.

The season will conclude in November 2025 with the Grand Finals, the ultimate showdown for Marvel Rivals Ignite 2025. With a $1,000,000 prize pool on the line, only teams that make it through Stage 2 Playoffs or perform strongly in the Mid-Season Finals will be eligible to compete.
