Roblox claimed the top position in both mobile game downloads and revenue for September 2025, according to Appmagic data.
The user-generated content platform secured 24.7 million downloads and generated $122.2 million in in-app purchase revenue last month. While these figures represent a decline from August's record-breaking 33 million downloads, Roblox maintained a commanding lead over competitors in both categories.

Tencent's Honor of Kings experienced a dramatic drop from approximately $173 million in August to $115.7 million in September, continuing the MOBA's pattern of volatile monthly performance over the past six months.
Most concerning performance came from PUBG Mobile, whose earnings crashed from roughly $132 million in August to just under $77 million in September — its lowest monthly total since December 2024.
