A new wave of leaks has emerged from the upcoming Battlefield 6 playtest, this time featuring a full 18-minute gameplay video showcasing Rush mode.

Despite Electronic Arts' (EA) strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) policies for participants, leaks continue to pour in. Over the past weekend, several users shared various aspects of the game — including clips of gameplay, faction details, gear customization, glimpses of a battle royale mode, and even segments of the single-player campaign.

And now, Rush mode footage has made its way online via the Chinese video-sharing site Bilibili (via Eurogamer).

Fans are actively dissecting the video on social media, with many drawing comparisons to Modern Warfare 2019. The general consensus seems cautiously optimistic, with many praising the gunplay and movement speed while raising concerns about recoil realism and time-to-kill balance. Some players even commented that this early version already looks more promising than Battlefield 2042 ever did.

At this point, EA has only confirmed a few official details. The new Battlefield title will be set in a modern-day setting, reintroduce the classic class system, and feature tighter, more focused map designs — a direct response to criticism of Battlefield 2042. There's also speculation based on concept art that the game could be partially set in Gibraltar, though EA hasn’t confirmed any locations.

The next Battlefield installment is expected to release before April 2026, marking a return to form the studio is clearly hoping fans will embrace — if the leaks haven’t spoiled the surprise first.
