Key Highlights:
Cyberpunk 2077 Finally Lands on Game Pass
CD Projekt Red's open-world RPG, Cyberpunk 2077, joins Game Pass on March 10. It is available via Cloud and Console only, on Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass Premium. PC Game Pass is notably absent from the list, which may disappoint some subscribers.
Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox Series X and S includes all updates released since launch, bringing a host of technical upgrades, new features, and extra content like quests, vehicles, and more ways to customize your character.
The game's journey from a notoriously buggy launch in 2020 to being regarded as one of the best RPGs available today is quite the story. If you have not tried it yet, this is a great opportunity.
Hollow Knight: Silksong Expands to Game Pass Premium
Hollow Knight: Silksong, which launched to universal acclaim in September 2025, is now joining Game Pass Premium on March 12. It was already available on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
The game follows Hornet through the new kingdom of Pharloom in a classic 2D Metroidvania format, and reviewers have widely called it one of 2025's best games.
Planet of Lana II: A Day-One Launch
Planet of Lana II: Children of the Leaf arrives as a day-one release on March 5, landing on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. This cinematic puzzle-platformer sequel picks up with Lana and her companion Mui returning to planet Novo for a deeper sci-fi story.
Other Games Worth Your Attention
to a T arrives on March 4 for Game Pass Premium, Ultimate, and PC Game Pass. It is developed by uvula, the studio founded by Keita Takahashi, the creator of Katamari Damacy. The game follows a teenager permanently stuck in a T-pose, navigating quirky small-town life. It is short, strange, and full of heart, which honestly makes it very on-brand for Takahashi.
EA Sports F1 25 also hits Game Pass on March 4 via Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. The game wraps up the Braking Point trilogy with a story centered around the Konnersport team and covers the major 2025 driver lineup shake-ups, including Lewis Hamilton's move to Ferrari. Career mode has seen its biggest overhaul since 2020, making it a worthy pickup for sim racing fans.
Construction Simulator arrives on March 10, and if you are into management and sim games, it offers a surprisingly deep experience with over 70 licensed vehicles and cooperative multiplayer for up to four players.
Rounding out Wave 1 is DreamWorks Gabby's Dollhouse: Ready to Party on March 17. It is clearly aimed at younger players and parents looking for a family-friendly couch co-op option.
Games Leaving Game Pass on March 15
It is also worth noting that several games are leaving Game Pass on March 15, 2026. Subscribers can save up to 20% if they purchase any of these titles before they depart. The games leaving are:
Bratz Rhythm & Style (Cloud, Console, and PC)
Enter the Gungeon (Cloud, Console, and PC)
F1 23 (Cloud, Console, and PC)
He is Coming (PC)
Lightyear Frontier (Cloud, Console, and PC)
Mythwrecked: Ambrosia Island (Cloud, Console, and PC)
A Big Month Under New Leadership
It is worth mentioning that this Wave 1 announcement comes shortly after a significant leadership change at Xbox. Phil Spencer retired at the end of February, and his deputy, Sarah Bond, also departed. Asha Sharma, formerly of Microsoft's CoreAI division, has stepped in to lead Xbox. Her message so far has been measured. She has indicated she will take time to watch and learn before making any major decisions, which includes the future direction of Game Pass.
For now, subscribers have a strong month of content to work through.
