Key Highlights

Football Manager 27 is the latest entry in Sports Interactive’s long-running football management series, published by SEGA. It continues the series’ move to the Unity engine with a redesigned interface that cuts down on clicks, adds tile customization and bookmarks, and makes navigation far smoother. Match-day atmosphere has been deepened, the news and transfer systems have been expanded, and new licensed leagues have been added, including the Arkema Premiere Ligue and the Roshn Saudi League. It is now on PC as a day-one Game Pass title, with the console version following on November 10.

Pit of Goblin is a chaotic online co-op horror extraction game from Friendly Foe, published with Bright Gambit. You play as a scrappy goblin scavenging dungeons, dodging traps, and fleeing monsters to feed the Goblin King-Queen, or risk becoming the next meal yourself. The full 1.0 release, which landed on November 3, supports up to six players with cross-platform play and leaves room for both teamwork and betrayal. It spent time in Early Access since December 2024 and holds a very positive Steam rating of around 84 to 85%, with hundreds of thousands of copies sold.

Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard from Vampire Survivors is the roguelite deckbuilder spin-off from poncle, developed with Nosebleed Interactive. It turns the snowballing chaos of Vampire Survivors into a turbo turn-based, card-driven first-person dungeon crawler. You play cards in ascending mana order to multiply combos, build absurdly powerful decks, and chase infinite stacks. It launched in April 2026 with a Metacritic score around 82 and an OpenCritic score near 84. Critics praised its faithful chaos and combo depth, though some noted the shift in pace from the original. It is now joining Game Pass Premium.

Void/Breaker is a fast-paced roguelite first-person shooter from Stubby Games, published by Playstack. It was built by the solo developer behind The Entropy Centre. You are trapped in a loop by a hostile AI, fighting machines, crafting endless weapon variants through deep gun modding, and using environmental destruction to break free. The 1.0 release lands on November 4 on Xbox Series X|S and Cloud Gaming after an Early Access run that began in August 2025.

Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School is the open-world sequel to the co-op escape room puzzler, developed by Coin Crew Games and published by iam8bit. It expands the original’s linear rooms into a fully explorable campus with side quests, new characters, and a mystery about the school’s founding. Puzzles now spill beyond single rooms, and local and online co-op are supported from the start, with a no-timer mode for a more relaxed experience. It arrives on November 5 as a day-one Game Pass title.

Firefighting Simulator: Ignite is a realistic co-op firefighting sim from weltenbauer, published by astragon, built in Unreal Engine 5. You take on missions as a U.S. firefighter in a Midwestern city, either with up to three friends or with AI crew members. Dynamic fire, smoke, and physics drive the tension. It launched in September 2025 with around 81% positive Steam reviews.

MySims Cozy Bundle remasters MySims and MySims Kingdom, the beloved Wii-era life sims from Maxis, published by EA. You rebuild towns, befriend quirky characters, craft, decorate, and explore, now with HD visuals, improved controls, and quality-of-life updates. It holds a Metacritic score of 72, which is mixed, though fans of the originals will find plenty of nostalgic comfort here. It is now available on console and Cloud Gaming.

Warhammer Survivors is a pixel-art bullet-heaven roguelite from Auroch Digital, made in partnership with poncle and Games Workshop, launching on November 10 as a day-one Game Pass title. You survive endless hordes as more than 40 iconic Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar characters, wielding over 70 weapons across multiple modes and stages.

Tanuki: Pon’s Summer is a charming open-world BMX mail-delivery life sim from Denkiworks, published by Critical Reflex, arriving on November 10 as a day-one Game Pass title. You play as Pon the tanuki, delivering packages by bike, making friends, taking on activities like sushi making and sumo wrestling, and restoring a shrine within one summer month in a Japan-inspired world.

Hope in the City is a narrative mystery adventure from Lofty Sky Games, the team behind Sky of Tides, launching on November 11 as a day-one Game Pass title. Set in Shenyang, China, you play as 17-year-old artist Hope Song, investigating her parents’ disappearance through observation, non-linear investigation, and sketches that become evidence. Previews have praised its unique artistic perspective and setting.

Thronefall is a minimalist strategy and tower-defense game from Grizzly Games. You build a humble kingdom by day and defend it by night, fortifying walls, recruiting troops, and charging into battle yourself alongside them. It reached full release in October 2024 after Early Access and holds a Metacritic score of 92 with around 96% positive Steam reviews.

John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando is a co-op first-person zombie shooter from Saber Interactive, published by Focus Entertainment. Up to four players with crossplay take on the Sludge God and massive hordes using vehicles, classes, and abilities, with John Carpenter involved in the story and music. It launched in March 2026 with a Metacritic score of 72. It is solid co-op fun for fans of World War Z-style games, though not a revolution for the genre.

Aphelion is Don’t Nod’s third-person sci-fi adventure, developed in partnership with the European Space Agency. You play as astronaut Ariane, stranded on the frozen planet Persephone, traversing harsh terrain and shifting realities to find her injured partner Thomas. It launched in April 2026 with a Metacritic score around 64. Its visuals, atmosphere, and narrative earned praise, while gameplay and pacing drew more mixed feedback.

Paw Patrol: Dino World is a family-friendly open-world action adventure from 3DClouds, published by Outright Games with Nickelodeon. You control the pups on Dino Island, handling rescue missions, exploration, minigames, and dinosaur care, solo or in two-player co-op. It launched in July 2026 with a Metacritic score of 76 from limited reviews.

It holds a Metacritic score around 86 and an OpenCritic score near 89, and it is widely praised as a narrative masterpiece. If you have not played it, this is the time.

GoldenEye 007 is also a big name on the list. The 1997 Rare classic sold over 8 million copies and is frequently ranked among the best shooters of all time, thanks to its mission variety and iconic four-player split-screen multiplayer. Wreckfest is a destruction racer with a Metacritic score around 81, praised for its soft-body physics and chaotic driving. Moonlighter is a clever shop-keeping action RPG that blends dungeon crawling with running your own store, and its sequel launched in September. Total Chaos is a tense survival horror with a Metacritic score around 80, and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is still a fan favorite with its deep customization and huge content library, even as a 10th anniversary update approaches.
