EA has announced a week-long free trial for Battlefield 6, giving players the chance to experience its large-scale battles without spending a dime.

The trial will run from November 25 to December 2, 2025, perfectly timed for the Thanksgiving break.
You’ll be able to explore multiple maps, test different modes, and get a real feel for the game’s blend of infantry combat and vehicle warfare.
According to the Battlefield 6 and REDSEC Season 1 roadmap, the trial will go live across PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
EA hasn’t confirmed the exact rollout time yet, but based on past updates, players can expect servers to open around 10 a.m. CT / 8 a.m. PT / 11 a.m. ET / 3 p.m. GMT. A preload window is also expected, meaning you’ll likely be able to download the game early to avoid the rush.
As for content, EA has confirmed that the trial will feature three maps and five game modes.
Likely maps:
Cairo → urban combat.
Eastwood → SoCal-inspired battles.
Blackwell Fields → wide-open vehicle warfare.
Expected modes:
Conquest
Breakthrough
Sabotage
Team Deathmatch
+1 unannounced mode.
The developers mentioned that a detailed breakdown of the trial content will be shared in a blog post. Once they do, I’ll update the article.
Trial is part of the Battlefield 6 and REDSEC Season 1 roadmap.
