BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI) is bringing the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) into the game with a fresh collaboration set to go live on March 25, as part of the BGMI 4.3 update.
KRAFTON India and the three-time IPL champions have officially announced this partnership today.
The collaboration is designed to weave the KKR identity directly into the gameplay experience, giving fans a new way to celebrate their team loyalty inside the battleground.

So what exactly is coming to the game?
Players can get their hands on two exclusive KKR-branded items.
The first is the Knight Dominion Set, an outfit that lets you carry the franchise's spirit into every match.
The second is the Eden Charge Buggy, a vehicle skin that gives your ride a proper Knight Riders makeover.
Both items are themed around the franchise and add a cricket-flavored flair to the battlefield.
Beyond cosmetics, the update also introduces KKR Photo Booth Points of Interest (POIs) across two popular maps, Erangel and Livik. At these spots, players can step into the battleground alongside virtual KKR players and capture in-game moments.
BGMI 4.3 update is officially dropping on March 19, right before the 2026 IPL season, which makes the crossover feel timely and relevant. It packs in the new Evolving Universe mode, the M1 Garand rifle, a Specialization System, racing tracks, new skills, and more.
Seddharth Merrotra, Head of Business Development and Partnerships at KRAFTON India, spoke about what makes this collaboration click. "Kolkata Knight Riders brings fearless cricket. BGMI brings fearless competition. The DNA was always going to be compatible. What we've built with this collaboration goes beyond cosmetics, it puts the Knight Riders inside the battleground in a way our players can feel mid-match. That's the standard we want to set for every sports partnership we build inside BGMI," he said.
Binda Dey, Chief Marketing Officer at Knight Riders Sports, echoed a similar sentiment. "Kolkata Knight Riders has always shared a strong connection with its fans, built on energy, passion, and fearless cricket. Partnering with BGMI allows us to extend that relationship into the digital gaming world, where a large part of our fanbase actively engages today. It creates a new format for fans to experience and celebrate the Knight Riders' spirit beyond the cricket field," she said.
The TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 is scheduled to take place from March 26 to May 31, 2026.
